SPL’s experience in the industry was called upon by a local contractor for a project in one of the countries most prestigious postcodes “Cambridge Gate” in Regents Park, London.<\/p>\n
SPL were required to produce a set of templates, full working drawings and manufacturing information for the factory following the completion of the survey for staircase. The staircase was to connect the basement with the 3rd floor where the swimming pool was located.<\/p>\n
The staircase sub-straight was a metal core upon which “Teak” treads, risers and landings were fitted. The staircase was completed with a site applied oil finish, to protect the Teak from any water staining.<\/p>\n
