We were chosen to complete this supply and install contract due to the specification required. Marine Crescent was a Grade 2 listed building and was to be completed with the guidance of the Local Listed buildings officer.<\/p>\n

The property was also situated on a coastal location, therefore air, wind and water permeability was required to be of the highest specification available for a sash window.<\/p>\n

We supplied and installed custom made Timber sash windows, factory painted white both externally and internally.<\/p>\n

The windows were fitted with Softcoat Low E and Argon filled glazing and traditional Brass ironmongery. Due to the location and restricted access cleaning was also a factor which could be overcome with our unique inward tilting system.<\/p>\n

The windows were removed and reinstated without causing any damage to the internal finishes or wall panelling to the study.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
